قُلْ إِنَّمَا ٱلْعِلْمُ عِندَ ٱللَّهِ وَإِنَّمَآ أَنَا۠ نَذِيرٌۭ مُّبِينٌۭ
English: Say, ‘God alone has knowledge of this: my only duty is to give clear warning.’

'Say: The knowledge is only with Allah, and I am only a clear warner.' Ibn Ashur notes the Prophet is told to refuse the question's premise entirely: the timing is not his to give, and it is not the point. His task — and the believer's — is not to hold the timetable but to deliver the truth plainly. al-Biqa'i stresses the humility: even the Messenger disclaims knowledge of the hour. Ask yourself: I get snagged on questions I was never meant to answer — exactly when, exactly how — and let them stall the response I *can* give. What if I let 'the knowledge is with Allah' settle the timing, and turned my energy to the one thing that is actually mine to do?
