Surah Sad 38:36
سُورَةُ صٓ · Meccan · Verse 36 of 88
فَسَخَّرْنَا لَهُ ٱلرِّيحَ تَجْرِى بِأَمْرِهِۦ رُخَآءً حَيْثُ أَصَابَ
Translation
So We gave him power over the wind, which at his request ran gently wherever he willed,
