سُورَةُ الانشِقَاقِ · Meccan · Verse 10 of 25
وَأَمَّا مَنْ أُوتِىَ كِتَٰبَهُۥ وَرَآءَ ظَهْرِهِۦ
Translation
but whoever is given his record from behind his back
