Surah Qaf 50:18
سُورَةُ قٓ · Meccan · Verse 18 of 45
مَّا يَلْفِظُ مِن قَوْلٍ إِلَّا لَدَيْهِ رَقِيبٌ عَتِيدٌۭ
Translation
he does not utter a single word without an ever-present watcher.
