Surah An-Nahl 16:57
سُورَةُ النَّحۡلِ · Meccan · Verse 57 of 128
وَيَجْعَلُونَ لِلَّهِ ٱلْبَنَٰتِ سُبْحَٰنَهُۥ ۙ وَلَهُم مَّا يَشْتَهُونَ
Translation
They assign daughters to God––may He be exalted!––and the [sons] they desire to themselves.
