Surah Abasa 80:19
سُورَةُ عَبَسَ · Meccan · Verse 19 of 42
مِن نُّطْفَةٍ خَلَقَهُۥ فَقَدَّرَهُۥ
Translation
He creates him from a droplet, He proportions him,
