Surah As-Saff 61:3
سُورَةُ الصَّفِّ · Medinan · Verse 3 of 14
كَبُرَ مَقْتًا عِندَ ٱللَّهِ أَن تَقُولُوا۟ مَا لَا تَفْعَلُونَ
Translation
It is most hateful to God that you say things and then do not do them;
