Surah As-Sajdah 32:18
سُورَةُ السَّجۡدَةِ · Meccan · Verse 18 of 30
أَفَمَن كَانَ مُؤْمِنًۭا كَمَن كَانَ فَاسِقًۭا ۚ لَّا يَسْتَوُۥنَ
Translation
So, is someone who believes equal to someone who defies God? No, they are not equal.
