Surah Ali 'Imran 3:96

سُورَةُ آلِ عِمۡرَانَ · Medinan · Verse 96 of 200

إِنَّ أَوَّلَ بَيْتٍۢ وُضِعَ لِلنَّاسِ لَلَّذِى بِبَكَّةَ مُبَارَكًۭا وَهُدًۭى لِّلْعَٰلَمِينَ

Translation

The first House [of worship] to be established for people was the one at Mecca. It is a blessed place; a source of guidance for all people;
