Surah Al-Hijr 15:2
سُورَةُ الحِجۡرِ · Meccan · Verse 2 of 99
رُّبَمَا يَوَدُّ ٱلَّذِينَ كَفَرُوا۟ لَوْ كَانُوا۟ مُسْلِمِينَ
Translation
The disbelievers may well come to wish they had submitted to God,
