Surah As-Saffat 37:30
سُورَةُ الصَّافَّاتِ · Meccan · Verse 30 of 182
وَمَا كَانَ لَنَا عَلَيْكُم مِّن سُلْطَٰنٍۭ ۖ بَلْ كُنتُمْ قَوْمًۭا طَٰغِينَ
Translation
we had no power over you- and you were already exceeding all limits.
