Surah Al-Isra 17:11

سُورَةُ الإِسۡرَاءِ · Meccan · Verse 11 of 111

وَيَدْعُ ٱلْإِنسَٰنُ بِٱلشَّرِّ دُعَآءَهُۥ بِٱلْخَيْرِ ۖ وَكَانَ ٱلْإِنسَٰنُ عَجُولًۭا

Translation

Yet man prays for harm, just as he prays for good: man is ever hasty.
