Surah An-Nahl 16:113

سُورَةُ النَّحۡلِ · Meccan · Verse 113 of 128

وَلَقَدْ جَآءَهُمْ رَسُولٌۭ مِّنْهُمْ فَكَذَّبُوهُ فَأَخَذَهُمُ ٱلْعَذَابُ وَهُمْ ظَٰلِمُونَ

Translation

A messenger who was one of them came to them, but they called him a liar. So punishment overwhelmed them in the midst of their evildoing.
